We are a company that provides comprehensive services for launching products on the European market. We provide accredited certification of plastic, rubber and rubber products, as well as certification of salts, petrol, diesel, oils and food contact materials. We also carry out CE certification of products and process the necessary documentation. This mainly includes instructions for use, product labelling, risk analysis and declaration of conformity. We either check this documentation for our customers or prepare it directly. We also offer consultations on the marketing of products or the resolution of ambiguities with the national trade inspection authorities and customs. Finally, we carry out product testing according to customer requirements. We provide all services on a turnkey basis for our clients after a thorough consultation and understanding of the requirements. Our clients are manufacturers, importers and distributors placing products on the EU market.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
Certification of a product before it is launched on the market can be mandatory or voluntary. The type of certification is determined by the purpose and function of the product, but also by the legislation that applies to it. The certificate is always issued based on the results of tests carried out on the product. We provide both the testing itself and both types of certifications for our customers.

CHECKING, EDITING AND PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTATION
Before launching a product, the manufacturer must collect technical documentation. This is a set of documents that describe the technical characteristics and safety aspects related to the product or production. This includes, for example:
- instructions for use or assembly instructions,
- product labelling and required pictograms,
- drawings and wiring diagrams,
- list of components,
- safety data sheets or technical data sheets for components,
- a risk analysis,
- a declaration of conformity,
- and test reports and certificates.
The scope of the technical documentation varies according to the product and the legislation that the manufacturer, importer or distributor must keep. We assist clients in determining the scope of the documentation, as well as reviewing, editing or completing the documentation. It is complicated for new entities or companies entering the market with a new product to know all the requirements that specific countries or the European Union impose on them and that they must meet before they can sell their product. TESTING ACCORDING TO CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Each manufacturer and its customer have specific requirements for product quality and safety. For products that are not subject to certification requirements, we offer customized testing. Based on the specific requirements, we design tests that comply with industry norms and standards. In the absence of a specific standard or other technical regulation, it is necessary to develop an internal procedure that will enable the required level of quality and safety to be maintained over the long term. If the customer is interested, we can develop a tailor-made internal regulation.

Many years he worked as CEO of the VÚSAPL Nitra a.s. This company is certification body and accredited testing laboratory. As CEO he modernized labs, he bought new machines and testing chambers. He decided to use his experince in the Profi Cert v.o.s. Profi Cert offers profesional and complex access. Marek is active sportsman (hiking,biking,skiing,via ferrata) and he also loves travelling.
